Kane Rattray graduated from the University of Derby in 2010, with a degree in Popular Music and Music Technology. Since then, he has worked with a number of charity and arts organisations administrating and managing a range of projects including workshops, events and festivals. Most recently, Kane has created and managed the I.MAKE.FILM Festival, which provides opportunities for young filmmakers to showcase their work on the big screen.
Kane primarily works at Square Chapel Centre for the Arts as the Arts Outreach Officer. The Outreach Department’s main aim is to use the arts as a tool to promote social inclusion and improve life experiences for participants, ultimately bringing new audiences to the venue.
